In this cozy two-hour workshop, you'll create a small rectangle encaustic panel featuring a bold dark crow perched in the autumn air, a textured orange pumpkin made of wax, and a dreamy cream and dusty blue background dusted with just enough sparkle to make it shimmer. It's moody. It's warm. It's the kind of piece you'll want to hang up the moment you get home  and you will, because you leave with it finished.

No experience needed. Zero. We mean it!

Here's what you'll do:

You'll learn to safely heat and apply encaustic wax (beeswax, it smells amazing), fusing your layers for that gorgeous depth encaustic is known for. You'll work with thread and yarn to build texture into your pumpkin, giving it a dimensional, sculptural quality that's one of the most satisfying things your hands will ever make. Your crow comes to life through guided painting and image work, bold and graphic against the soft background. We finish with a touch of sparkle, because autumn deserves it.

Every step is guided. Every supply is included. Every person at the table will leave with something beautiful and the skills to understand how it happened.

Creativity Required: ✚ A little guidance, a little you. The composition is set, but your color choices, the way you fuse, the little decisions along the way, those are yours. This is a led project with room for your own touch to come through.
