Printing Options
You can always use a color home printer (inkjet or laser) if you are working at a smaller size, but my recommendation is to have it printed out large by a professional printer or print service center (e.g. Staples).

Applications
Have this printed out large on reasonably thick paper and use Modge Podge or similar to fix it onto your background support. Then you will be able to add paint, wax and collage elements to make it your own!
