"Never Quite As It Seems II"
Perched atop a mountain in Jasper, Alberta, these two curly-horned sheep were spotted. They hopped around, frolicked and climbed higher as I begged them to "hold still" for a picture from the sunroof of my truck. I painted them in polkadots and colours which portrayed the party that I clearly thought they were engaged in. Never Quite As It Seems brings me back to the reality that they probably had "stuff to do", an agenda that for a moment in time was paused and the joy of life flowed.
